Both the 32” and 36” gates come in a prebuilt frame that is 30” deep. The 42" and 48” gates mount to your framing and also needs 30” of space behind the stud it is attached to.
We only make them in black. Each gate has plastic caps to cover the ends of steel tubing and also at the hinge points, and we are unable to color match these parts.
We offer 4 sizes - 32”, 36”, 42" and a 48”. For any larger spaces you can get two gates and have them come from opposing walls. Contact us for custom inquiries.
Yes! This can be done a number of ways. You can have the gate next to a pocket door and/or traditional swinging door - you just need to double up the wall! You can also have a pocket door on one side and a HIDEAGATE on the other.
We try keep an inventory of all sizes and ship out gates weekly, so depending where you are located, it takes 4-5 days to ship. If we are sold out, it may take a few weeks to get to you. So, order early!
If you are buying 10 or more at a time, yes!
Not really. Periodically, you should pop the caps off the vertical bars and make sure each bolt is not too tight or too lose. It should just be snug.
YES! On the top rail, there is a sliding lock that would receive into your cased opening.
Yes it can! It would involve some reframing and a general contractor to install it.
